How credits work

• Credits are prepaid. Some actions use them; others are free.
• Quote before run: before a search that costs credits, you see how many records it will return and how many credits it will use. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
• Large searches come with suggestions to narrow them, such as a smaller area or a batch of the first 25 records.
• You are charged only for the records actually returned. If a search fails, the credits are released.
• Re-viewing records you already own is free for as long as they are kept in your workspace.
• Credits do not expire.
• Balance and top-up: see your balance and add credits on the billing page of the Hercules web app at hercules.properties. The ChatGPT app shows your balance but does not sell credits.

Connect the ChatGPT app

1. Create a Hercules account at hercules.properties.
2. In ChatGPT, open the Hercules app and choose Connect.
3. Sign in to Hercules and approve access. Your ChatGPT usage is charged to your workspace credits.

Disconnect the ChatGPT app

Remove the Hercules app in ChatGPT settings under Apps, or email us and we will revoke the connection. Disconnecting deletes the connection tokens. Your Hercules account and credits stay.

Why did the assistant not run my search straight away?

Searches that use credits are quoted first so you can confirm the cost.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires. See the Terms. If something went wrong, write to us.

Is the data always accurate?

It comes from public records and licensed data providers and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify important facts.

Does the app give phone numbers or emails?

No. The ChatGPT app returns property and public-record owner information only.

Can I use results for tenant, credit or employment screening?

No. See acceptable use in the Terms.

Data deletion or access request

Email support@hercules.properties from your account email with the subject "Data request" and say whether you want access, correction or deletion. We verify your identity, then complete the request within 30 days. If you are a property owner asking to be removed from results, say so and give the property address. More in our Privacy Policy.
