Owner research dossier: a template
An owner dossier records the owning entity, the people connected to it, the record behind each connection and how confident you are. Keeping the evidence beside each name stops a guess from turning into a fact.

A person is verified only when a record names them in a role. Shared addresses and similar names stay as possible until a document confirms them.
