What are data credits?

Credits are how you pay for everything in Hercules: property reports, owner lookups and nationwide property data. Every plan includes credits each month, each plan shows how many reports they buy, and you can top up any time.

What happens to unused credits?

Plan credits reset each billing month. Top-up credits last 12 months. We always spend your plan credits first.

How is Pre-foreclosure Intelligence different from a foreclosure list?

Every plan includes the NYC pre-foreclosure list. Pre-foreclosure Intelligence adds the depth behind each case: the court documents, servicer and lender, the amount owed, estimated equity, the stage of the case and auction timing, updated daily.

Can my whole team use Hercules?

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Billing. Yearly plans renew yearly; monthly plans renew monthly.
