The short answer
Hercules tracks every open foreclosure case on a New York City tax lot and refreshes it daily: the lot and building, the filing date, the plaintiff and servicer, the stage the case has reached, the amount owed and estimated equity. Lenders, note buyers, proptech teams and investors use it in the app, as a CSV, by API or through the MCP server.
